The steaks at Top 1 Forever proudly come from the world famous Josper grill oven. The Josper grill has taken the international culinary world by storm, being used and admired by chefs such as Heston Blumenthal, Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver and Jason Atherton, who have all created Josper inspired menus in their establishments. The hybrid grill oven, powered solely by hardwood oak charcoal is perfect for grilling meat, fish and vegetables with an utterly unforgettable, distinctive taste.
