Roe is a modern British restaurant in Canary Wharf, created by the team behind Fallow and FOWL. Spread across three floors with space for up to 500 guests, the venue includes multiple dining rooms, counter seating, and a wraparound terrace overlooking South Dock. The restaurant is led by head chef Jon Bowring and focuses on underused British ingredients, offering playful takes on familiar dishes such as maitake Cornish pasty and market fish with parsley liquor. The interiors are striking and ocean-inspired, featuring coral-like structures, turquoise accents, and 3D-printed design elements. A standout feature is the aeroponic vertical garden at the entrance, which supplies fresh herbs and produce used in the kitchen.
