Brothers Matteo and Salvatore launched their first pizzeria in Bologna back in 2010, since then they’ve been busy pumping out the pizzas from Bologna to London. Canary Wharf is the third pizzeria in London, launched after the success of their pizzerias in Hoxton Square and Clapham Common.

In 2019 the brothers were awarded Italy’s 50 Top Pizza 2019 award.  Recognised for their signature sourdough pizza made fresh at the pizzeria every day; using organic stoneground flour, sourdough starter, time (24 hours), and topped with seasonal ingredients. In addition to the pizzeria’s staples of organic Italian; flour, tomato, fiordilatte mozzarella and oil, the menu includes pizzas topped with local produce from Ginger Pig and Buchanan’s cheese monger.

Pizza lovers can enjoy a Radio Alice own brew made in collaboration with Beer52 or bag in box wine from Libera Terra (Free Earth), a co-operative turning confiscated mafia land into organic and high-quality vineyards. Less packaging, good wine, same joy.
