Cafe KOKO is a new restaurant in Camden Town, London with music and art at its core, situated 100m behind London’s iconic KOKO theatre. Inspired by a new generation of laidback Italian trattoria culture seen in LA and New York, the Café opened in spring 2022, and has been welcoming a constant flow of guests for brunch, lunch and late-night pizzas ever since.
Curated by Head Chef Andreas Engberg (ex La Petite Maison), the all-day menu is bursting with Italian flavours; think tiger prawn arrabiata, baked gnocchi drenched in gorgonzola, baby artichokes in garlic breadcrumbs and a rainbow of colourful salads. Wood-fired pizzas come piled high with winning combinations, Nonna’s polpette is dusted in parmesan, and our classic mac and cheese can be finished with a choice of truffle or nduja. Curate a colourful spread for your table, or choose from one of our set menus for your celebrations, complemented by a steady flow of cocktails and drinks from the tap bar. A delectable dessert menu changes regularly, but always features a hot new take on our signature New York style cheesecake, which is quickly becoming the stuff of legend (don’t be surprised to see artists performing in the Theatre splitting a slice before the show).
