Nanban means ‘Southern barbarian’ in Japanese, a term used many centuries ago to describe Europeans.

Formed by Tim Anderson, MasterChef's youngest winner, embraces the barbaric and the foreign aspects of Japanese cuisine and incorporates the glorious global flavours of Brixton Market into his food and drinks. As one customer described Nanban, they are like 'Wagamama on acid’.
