Trivet is an all-new dining concept from Fat Duck alumni head chef Johnny Lake and sommelier Isa Bal. Housed in the heart of Bermondsey, the restaurant and bar features a main eatery fitting 75 guests and a wine bar that’ll comfortably welcome 25.
The menu of international influences uses only the finest ingredients to create signature dishes such as the red mullet, pici and artichokes and dessert dish, the Hokkaido potato with sake and white chocolate mousse, butter and sake gelato. These can be washed down with one the the 300 bottles handpicked from across the globe.
