Mother Pizzeria brings Neapolitan sourdough pizzas to Battersea.

Combining the love of Italian cuisine with the aesthetic stylings on Denmark, Mother delivers simple, homely food made from quality ingredients. Many of their dishes are created from ingredients imported from Italy to ensure that authentic taste, while the cheese is made by the venue. Their pizzas use a signature sourdough recipe, created using purified seawater as the base, which is said to make the pizzas lighter than others.

The menu focuses mainly on the pizzas, cooked in their wood-fire oven, with topping options like the Burning Love, made from mozzarella, potatoes, fried onions and røget spæk, or the Zuccone made from smoked salmon, chives and courgette. There’s also carbonara, lasagna, and gnocchi alla sorrentina, and a buffet counter for brunch at the weekends.
