Hot Stone are here and they are bringing their own unique concept in Japenese dining to the people of London. Hot Stone is all about the food and specialises in traditional cooking techniques - using scorching stones to sear their dishes to perfection. Their name is also derived from this method - using the ancestral tradition, guests can have a go at cooking their own meals.
The restaurant is located just a few minutes from Angel Underground Station, neatly situated up from Chapel Market. Hot Stone is one of the very few Japanese restaurants which serve 100% Japanese wasabi & A5 Japanese Wagyu. The head chef, Padam Raj Rai was the former head sushi chef at Tsukiji restaurant in the 5-star Westbury Hotel in Mayfair. He brings with him his own style of cuisine and taste and a wealth of experience with over 17 years in the industry, working at renowned establishments such as Nobu and Zuma. Hot Stone were recently awarded the 'Best Sushi in London' award by the Eaten app.
