Each dish reflects a bit of my journey, blending global influences with what’s fresh and available right now. You’ll find plates like salsa verde cod, salmon mi goreng, and samphire bhajis, all with a generous kick of spice—a nod to East London’s rich, multicultural food scene. Seasonality is at the heart of everything. The menu will keep evolving, bringing new surprises while staying true to the ingredients and flavours that inspire me most.
