Tucked inside London’s iconic Waterloo Station on the balcony
above platform 1, Well & Boot was born from a simple idea to make
every moment count. Whether you’ve got five minutes or fifty, we’re
here with something just right: a proper coffee, a pint pulled
perfectly from one of our 35 taps, or a few bold bites to savour.
Inspired by being on the site of the art deco Waterloo News cinema,
we blend elegance with ease, quality with character.
From morning pastries to late night cocktails, we welcome the busy,
the curious, the solo sippers, and the catch up crews. Service is
fast, friendly, and always on point, because time is precious and
good things shouldn’t take forever.
It’s all about bringing people together, over beer & bites, coffee
& croissants, views & vibes, or just a bit of calm in the
chaos.

Our menu takes its cue from the pinchos bars of northern Spain, where skewered snacks are a way of life. Found lining the counters of bustling tavernas in cities like San Sebastián, pinchos (or pintxos) are celebrated for their creativity, quality, and sociable spirit. At Well & Boot, we’ve made them our own. Expect vibrant flavours, thoughtful pairings and plates made to mix, match and move with your day. Breakfast items 7am to 11am, all day options from 11am onwards.
