Right in the heart of Waterloo Station, Well & Boot is built for after work drinks, pre-travel meet ups and easy going evenings. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick pint or settling in for a few rounds, it’s a space that works around your time.
Expect beers, wines and cocktails on tap, alongside European style pinchos - small plates made for sharing (or not!). It’s quality led, fast paced when you need it, and relaxed when you don’t.
Coffee & pastries are always on for those passing through, but this is a place that really comes into its own later in the day.

Found lining the counters of bustling tavernas in cities like San Sebastián, pinchos (or pintxos) are celebrated for their creativity, quality, and sociable spirit. At Well & Boot, we’ve made them our own. Expect vibrant flavours, thoughtful pairings and plates made to mix, match and move with your day.
