The Collab, Walthamstows new taproom and kitchen on the block, is a collaboration between two time SIBA Brewery of the Year Signature Brew and kings of burgers and wings We Serve Humans. Together, their mission is to create the ultimate beer and burger couple to the people of E17 and beyond.

Collaboration is in Signature’s blood, starting in the craft beer scene combining with bands to brew beer. Having brewed with bands such as Mastodon, Alt-J, Mogwai, Frank Turner, Rodney P, Enter Shikari and over 20 other renowned artists, in recent years they’ve built their brewery on their core range of beers; Roadie All Night IPA, Studio Pilsner, Backstage IPA, and Nightliner coffee porter.

Winner of The Best Burger in Britain and Best Buffalo Wings, We Serve Human’s mission is to provide the tastiest burgers, wings and fries on earth. Using aged Suffolk Beef in their burgers, including the now infamous Chairman, and free range chicken in their Chicken Burgers and mouth watering Bufhello Wings, recently they’ve expanded their vegan and vegetarian range with 4 veggie and vegan burgers.

The Collab also has a fresh new drinks menu, including cocktails, natural wine, local spirits and softs, and has live DJs every weekend as they open til 1am Fridays and Saturdays. The perfect place to party with a great beer, whilst getting your hands dirty with wing sauce.
