Hereford Arms

Description

A wonderfully charismatic pub with a rich history, The Hereford Arms in Kensington is a Victorian beauty, serving delicious traditional pub grub and a five star range of cask ales. This spacious venue - once notorious as the reputed drinking haunt of the famous serial killer, 'Jack The Ripper', boasts an inviting rustic wooden interior, with a quirky mismatch of furniture and decoration, including a grand glass table opposite the bar which is full of beer bottle caps. There is even a Hitchcock Corner; a bright and cosy seating area especially for private functions, which is decorated with the British director’s famous film posters.

Adding to its unique charm, The Hereford Arms serves up an impressive all-day menu of fine fresh food, ranging from snacks and nibbles to more hearty dishes such as its famous fish and chips. This is available in the pub’s special restaurant area, where guests can enjoy their food away from the bar area. Drinks wise, as well as a popular range of cask ales, The Hereford Arms also offers seasonal and guest beers, a selection of wines, whiskies, spirits, and bottled lagers and ciders. With a wonderful evening ambience and chilled out vibe, you'll feel right at home when you visit The Hereford Arms.
