Wings & Springs From day one, we've focused on sourcing premium products, developing bold flavours, and applying techniques more commonly found in professional kitchens than traditional chicken wing vendors. We believe comfort food deserves the same attention to detail as fine dining. Our menu is inspired by culinary influences from around the world. Drawing on techniques, flavours, and traditions learned across different cuisines and cultures, we've created a unique approach that blends global inspiration with food people genuinely love to eat. Combining bold Asian flavours, classic cooking techniques, and a love of great chicken, we set out to create something different from the average wing shop. A team built together from previous experiences and award winning kitchens has now become Wings & Springs. From our free-range Black Norfolk chicken wings and handcrafted spring rolls to our loaded fries and signature sauces, every item is carefully developed to deliver maximum flavour, texture, and quality. One of our favorite dishes is the Sticky Toffee Spring Roll, combining the British classic into an Asian dish. This July, you'll find us competing at Wing Fest London 2026 in the Wild Wing Award category. As part of our journey to create an award-winning wing, our chefs are experimenting with bold, unexpected, and completely original flavour combinations.
