Punters who are looking to reduce their alcohol intake, but love the hubbub of their local pub, can now rejoice as Sainsbury’s announces the launch of the UK’s first No & Low Alcohol Pub in central London. The Clean Vic No & Low Alcohol Pub by Sainsbury’s will open its doors on New Oxford Street from 24th – 25th July for an exciting 2-day pop-up, serving an extensive range of over 20 non-alcoholic and low (up to 0.5%) ABV alternatives to wines, beers and spirits.

But don’t expect to get tipsy... While the pop-up looks exactly like a traditional pub, complete with bartenders and pints, all of the drinks on offer will be below 0.5% ABV. The perfect option for those looking to toast with friends, but with the promise of no hangovers, The Clean Vic truly raises the bar in London’s drinking scene!

Entry to the pub will cost just £5 for a one-hour session, which also entitles attendees to two drinks of their choice and two bar snacks throughout their visit.

What’s more, The Clean Vic will also offer immersive workshops for those looking for some inspiration on how to reduce their alcohol intake. Join Millie Gooch, founder of Sober Girl Society, for mocktail-making masterclass, or try a range of no and low ABV beers and lagers with a beer tasting session.

Please see below for more information on each of the workshops. Each workshop costs just £12 to book, and will also gain you entry to the pub itself afterwards – if you fancy another tipple or two!
