A word from the chef:
Head chef, Tom Haste, has put together a primarily traditional British but ambitious and well-executed seasonal menu. Ingredients have been chosen with care, but the a la carte and lunch menu are happily affordable. The wine list is impressive with its quality and unusual wines.
