Event & Dietary Terms
1. Age Restriction & Challenge 25
This event involves alcohol consumption and is strictly 18+. The venue operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo identification (Passport, UK/EU Driving Licence, or PASS-accredited card) is required upon entry. Entry will be refused without refund if valid ID cannot be presented.
2. Allergy & Dietary Requirement Notice (14-Day Deadline)
Requirement: Due to the fixed nature of our small-bite pairing menu (which may contain key allergens including soy, gluten, sesame, fish, crustaceans, nuts, and eggs), all severe allergies, dietary requirements, or vegetarian/vegan requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date.
Notice Submission: Please notify the management team via email at [INSERT PUB EMAIL] with your booking reference and full details of any allergies or dietary restrictions within your party.
Late Notice & On-the-Night Changes: While our kitchen team will make every effort to accommodate guests, any dietary requirements or allergen notices submitted fewer than 14 days before the event cannot be guaranteed. Cross-contamination risks cannot be completely eliminated in an open kitchen environment.
3. Alcohol Consumption & Conduct
Whisky tastings involve multiple measures of premium spirits. We encourage responsible drinking. The venue reserves the right to refuse service, refuse entry, or ask any guest to leave if they are visibly intoxicated or behave in a manner that compromises the safety or enjoyment of staff or other patrons. No refunds will be issued in such instances.
4. Timings & Late Arrivals
The whisky tasting and food pairings are served in structured rounds alongside guided introductions. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the presentation, but missed tasting rounds or food pairings cannot be re-served.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash value after purchase.
Guest Transferability: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person (18+), provided you notify the venue at least 48 hours in advance with the replacement guest's full name and any critical allergen details (subject to the 14-day kitchen notification threshold above).
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If the event is cancelled by the venue, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket face value via the original payment method through DesignMyNight.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund or credit toward a future venue event will be offered upon request within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
Standard Venue & Ticketing Terms (DesignMyNight)
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
The venue operates a No Smoking and No Vaping Policy indoors.
The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
