Pilot Greenwich
Description
The Pilot Inn is one of the oldest pubs in this area of Greenwich. Conveniently located right near the O2 arena, it's a great place to stop by before or after a gig. Complete with sofas, a wooden bar, fireplaces and old photos lining the walls it has a cosy and inviting atmosphere as soon as you walk in. If you're a big fan of cheese then you'll be happy to know that The Pilot has the most extensive cheese counter of any pub in London. Serving up pub food along with a wine list and UK brewed ales, this gastro pub is great for grabbing food or just a drink with friends. The chef speciality is fresh fish from Billingsgate market, but the other pub favourites are just as delicious. The huge beer garden also makes a great space for a cold drink in the summer. If you need a place to stay the pub also has a small inn with luxury double and single rooms right upstairs. It's especially busy on Tuesday night quiz nights so get down early to make sure you get a seat!
