Ye Olde Watling
Description
Occupying a prime spot on Watling Street, close to Cheapside, Cannon Street and Mansion House Underground Station, Ye Olde Watling is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the heart of the capital.
With its very own private hire space for up to 80 guests, The Wren Dining room, this pub provides a traditionally British environment and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Sitting in the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral, the historic building was burned down by the Great Fire of London and rebuilt in 1668 by Sir Christopher Wren. The plans for St Paul’s Cathedral were drawn up in what is now the dining room.
On the menu, you’ll find plenty of classic pub dishes, as well as a unique selection of cask ales and spirits.
