A unique and gothic pub in the heart of London town, this London pub was supposedly named after the stone that the Romans used as the point in London from which to measure everything; essentially the heart of the city. Part of the Eerie Pubs chain - a group of pubs with a ghoulish theme - the nooks and crannies are filled with old potion bottles and alchemist's tools and the gents are hidden behind an old bookcase.
Descend down the stairs into the basement, get yourself a corner and enjoy the mystery of the Cannick Tapps pub. With a devilishly good home cooked food menu to choose from and the wickedly delicious "7 Deadly Sins" or "7 Heavenly Virtues" cocktail menus, with cocktails all £5! This is a great place to enjoy something a little different to the usual gastro pubs of London, or standard City bars. Book a table for corporate drinks with a difference; or head here for a few weekend drinks as they stay open late Saturday nights for longer scary hours spent in this crypt-like pub. Don't miss out; get down to Cannick Tapps now..
