The Pilot, is a quaint and welcoming little pub close to the Gunnersbury and Kew Bridge stations in Chiswick. This local pub is a favourite amongst the locals, and boasts a large rear decking that is a perfect sun trap when the weather is good. Combine this with an adjoining Garden Room, an airy open area that can be booked for private functions, and a weekly pub quiz running every Tuesday from 8pm, and The Pilot has plenty to offer.

The focus in the kitchen is on fresh, seasonal food, from favourites like cod and chips and steak and ale pie, to more adventurous dishes like braised venison and guinea fowl. In addition there's a healthy selection of freshly prepared bar snacks and a BBQ menu for when the sun shines. The bar stocks a good selection of well kept cask ales and lagers as well as a good choice of wines, meaning there's plenty to keep everyone happy in this friendly local.

Great night. Better range of beers now that they've had a refurbishment. Good food. Great location too for Chiswick Business Park. The staff, especially Harriet, are friendly and helpful. We often come here for work doos

After the two excellent starter courses we were disappointed with the main roasts served. Both dishes of beef and lamb were overcooked and very fatty and the vegetables were similar. foodyguy visited The Pilot Chiswick on 27 Mar 2016

Great room in the garden for private parties which we hired for a 2nd birthday party. Staff were kind and attentive and the party went well. Buffet was good quality and plenty of food Clarelouisedodds visited The Pilot Chiswick on 19 Mar 2016

Went with friends on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It's a lovely place with very nice food and friendly staff. It's our new local pub now and we're bound to return :)

Happened by here on a Sunday afternoon a few weeks back. Popped in for a drink but it was so lovely we ended up staying to have roast dinner in the garden.
