The Cut - Health & Fitness Event

The Cut presents "New Year, New You!" at The Hollywood Arms this January 30th, in collaboration with DUO Chelsea. Start the evening off with some welcome drinks and nibbles - Paleo style! Then at 7.30pm the real stuff begins, with a talk on a cleaner, leaner, better you; followed by nutrition and the paleo diet, exercise & fitness, pilates, osteopathy and massage! Enjoy massages after the talks and experts will be on hand all night for any one-to-one questions you may have.
