As this visit was on a Sunday we were able to sample the roast dinners. No one was disappointed. The aged beef and the roast pork were both excellent. The staff as always were top class. Steve Pallett⚒ visited The Coborn on 14 May 2017

What a place, a hidden gem. Extensive menu and always great 'specials'. Highly recommend the market fish. The staff are so professional and friendly no matter how rushed off their feet they are. Just great. Steve Pallett⚒ visited The Coborn on 05 May 2017

Such a great cosy and light place for the best sunday roast i've tasted. Friendly staff. I strongly recommend it. The out of date pictures on Google unfortunately don't show the new atmosphere. visited The Coborn on 23 Apr 2017

We were a big family group, lunching late on a Sunday afternoon. One of us is vegan and staff helpfully suggested options. The standard menu caters for vegetarians and fish-eaters. The children were a bit noisy but no-one seemed to mind. We were seated near the back door and it was particularly pleasant whilst this was open (a sunny day) but for security? reasons it had to be closed which was a pity. However, there are a number of tables outside at the front. Prices similar to city pub/restaurants (wine more expensive than some) but food interesting, fresh and tasty. visited The Coborn on 23 Apr 2017

Beautiful pub with quality food and a decent range of drinks, pricey but not excessively so for the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our event special, can't recommend highly enough. visited The Coborn on 22 Apr 2017

Its my second time attending one of these tasting nights and I would definitely recommend it. I took a couple fellas, and to be honest we were all gin novices, but that didn't seem to matter. The fella hosting the night had good knowledge of both his product and gin generally and got us all involved in making cocktails for everyone who attended. All in all, a really decent, fun night and I'd certainly attend another. visited The Coborn on 20 Apr 2017

It's hard to put in an order of excellence the staff, the food, the drink or the service. This pub is a hidden Jem. Steve Pallett visited The Coborn on 08 Apr 2017

Service was slow - took about 40 mins for food to arrive. Once the main course was cleared no one came back and offered desserts / coffees. We gave up and asked for the bill visited The Coborn on 29 Mar 2017
