We’ve got different ticket types so you can come party no matter your budget.
1. Baller Ticket - the ideal ticket for smaller groups, dates, casual seating and those who ultimately want to be closer to the dance floor and bar. These can be bought right here.
2. Jingle Baller Bottomless Brunch - how about enjoying unlimited seasonal pizzas, pigs in blankets, vegan sausage rolls, mulled wine and a whole host of other faBALLous drinks for just £30pp!? This NEW ticket is perfect to celebrate the Christmas season with your team and friends without breaking the bank!
*Please note this ticket type 2 will only be available on 29th & 30th Nov, 6th & 7th Dec and 13th & 14th Dec from 6pm-9pm.
3. VIP Baller - perfect for larger groups and those who want to have a taste of the ultimate VIP Christmas experience, Ballie style. Enjoy lush booth seating with table service in our lounge area, expect views across the bar and dance floor and feel like a proper Baller! You can enquire here.

Our venues are only for grown-ups so everybody needs to be 18+ and provide a valid photo ID to get in, no matter how old you think you look. If anyone in your group does not have one of the below forms of ID we cannot allow them to enter the venue and will not receive a refund for anybody in the group.

2. Ballie Ballerson’s cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Up to 7 days in advance: We are able to refund or amend tickets.
Between 7 days and 48 hours before your booking: We can offer a reschedule, but no refund.
Post 48 hours: No refunds or reschedules are permitted.
If you book your ticket less than 48 hours before the event date the booking is non-amendable and non-refundable
In the event of forced closure by the government due to COVID-19, inability to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions or for those who receive last minute confirmation of possible COVID-19 contact, your ticket will not be eligible for a monetary refund. It can be rescheduled to a future date of your choosing.
3. Please check your tickets prior to the event date, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission to overly intoxicated guests.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
8. We have cloakrooms available in all of our venues and strongly suggest they are used to store personal belongings. Ballie Ballerson accepts no responsibility for the loss of any personal property.
9. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. Please note the rules of the ball pit are as follows:
a No jumping.
b No diving.
c There’s a hard floor underneath the balls—watch out for changing depths.
d Hold the handrail on your way in and out of the balls.
e Any aggressive behaviour will have you removed from the venue.
