What is Ballie Ballerson?
We are a world famous ball pit cocktail bar. The one million balls are housed in a 4,000ft space covered wall to wall with a mesmerising 60 metre UV mural. Our signature clear balls are held within a huge mirrored cage and pulse with the coolest coloured lights.
At the bar, mischievous bartenders will shake theatrical cocktails around retro sweets and trickery, including the best-selling Dibbie Dabberson and Skittle Sour.
DJs will be pumping out a variety of current hits, old school R&B and house. Entrance to the bar Monday to Thursday is free, and customers will be able to advance book one or two-hour tickets for the main ball-pit.
Buy a ticket for entry where you can play in our glowing ball pit and our colourful ball pit as much as you like within your purchased time slot.
General admission tickets are transferable and refundable with up to 7 days notice. They are transferable with up to 48 hours notice. Post 48 hours notice they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
FAQs
I don't have a ticket. Can I still come?
Yes. Entry to the glowing bar with 70 meter UV murals and cheeky barman is free Monday to Thursday.
We hold some ball pit tickets back on the door for each session, including weekends, however these can often go quickly during peak slots and are on a first come, first served basis.
How do you clean the balls, isn't it un-hygienic?
No, we have a ball cleaner called Gobble Muffin who sanitises and cleans 18,000 p/hr.
Can I get a refund or move my date?
Up to 7 days in advance, we are able to refund or transfer tickets. Between 7 days and 48 hours before your booking we can offer a reschedule, but no refund. Post 48 hours, no refund or reschedule.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, we are an 18+ Venue, ID will be checked. (valid passport or driving license accepted). No ID no entry.
What should I wear in the ball pit?
Closed toe shoes are a must and no one is permitted in the ball pit without shoes. High heels of any kind will not be permitted and any other type of heels will be at our ball pit monitors' discretion - wear flats or low block heels at most (i.e. a low block heeled boot). Don't wear short skirts and dresses unless you're happy to showcase your knickers to all! No tracksuits - it's a club, dress to impress!
What are your opening hours?
We are open on Tues 6pm-11pm, Weds 6pm-12am, Thurs 5pm - 12am, Fri 5pm - 2am, Sat 11.30am - 2am, Sun 11am - 4pm.
How do your booking/tickets work?
We run our ball pit entrance tickets with 2 hour time slots which means you have access to our main glowing ball pit for the 2 hours on your ticket - to get the most out of your experience arrive maybe 10 minutes before to avoid Q's. Generally we will be able to admit you to the bar area before your ticket starts if you arrive early and can let you stay afterwards unless we are very busy.
We are celebrating a birthday :) Am I able to bring a birthday cake or decorations?
Crumbs and icing on the balls and then your clothes wouldn't make anyone's birthday now would it so we are unable to allow guests to bring their own cakes.
You can however purchase sweet cakes from the venue which are made out of pick and mix! A small cake is £10 and a large cake is £15!
Balloons will not be allowed in the venue as they limit the visibility of our CCTV cameras.
Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes we do - it's £2 per item (includes coats and bags). We strongly suggest that EVERYTHING goes in the cloakroom, or you'll be emailing lostproperty@ballieballerson.com!
Are drinks allowed in the ball pit?
No - we trialled it in the soft launch and all we can say is no, no, no and no.
