SHORTIES is a female short film collective and community, hosting monthly screenings at the RSA to celebrate emerging female talent. This month, we’re thrilled to announce the collaboration with the BFI NETWORK to spotlight shorts by female filmmakers funded through the BFI NETWORK Short Film Fund. SHORTIES will also do a deep dive into how you can get your short film funded by the BFI NETWORK and the event will also feature a panel discussion with the filmmakers about the process, looking at what tools YOU can use to get your next film made!
Funding is one of the most pressing topics for aspiring filmmakers, and this event offers an unmissable opportunity to dive into what the BFI NETWORK is looking for in its next round of applications. Packed with insights and advice, this session is designed to help SHORTIES women take their filmmaking careers to the next level. Don’t miss it!
