Description
In an era where our homes have become workplaces, sanctuaries, and social stages, traditional narratives around domestic space are being radically reshaped. As boundaries between public and private spheres blur through social media, and evolving gender roles challenge historical assumptions, our relationship with 'home' demands fresh examination.
Join Arts Board Member and Designer Emily Burt in conversation with three pioneering women in interior design, Jessica Horton, Emily Pun and Jess Alavi Ellis. Together, they'll explore the contemporary meaning of home, investigating how these intimate spaces can both reflect and challenge societal shifts, and what being a woman in this space means to them. From the impact of remote work to the democratisation of design through social media, discover how we might reimagine homes that truly serve our modern lives.
