About this event

This session will help you focus on achieving what you want to bring into your life. When we bring dreams into our consciousness and write them down or speak them out loud, we are on our way to making them happen.

What to expect:
  • the session will start with a yoga flow allowing you to shake off the stresses of life and connect with the body in the present moment.
  • you'll be guided through some journaling prompts to help you manifest your goals.
  • you'll then be guided through a rejuvenating sound bath to help you seal in these intentions.
Who is this for:
  • this event is beginner-friendly and requires no prior yoga experience and open to everyone.
  • please note this workshop is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.

The most welcoming and supportive film event I have been to for women. I was very nervous that some people wouldn’t be welcoming to chat to but everyone was so up for any kind of chat! It was so insightful too, to get to talk to people working in the industry and as well the other cogs in the machines such as producers and editors. It was inspiring. The venue is beautiful, and really suits the atmosphere of the event, making it the cherry on top!
