An evening of energy healing, introspection and reconnection.
Our inner and outer landscapes are deeply connected. The energy moving through the cosmos, alongside the shifting nature of the celestial bodies, affects how we feel about ourselves and those around us.
Join me and a community of like-minded people for a New Moon Energetic Reset at The Ministry, near London Bridge. Working with the cycles of the moon is a powerful way to stay anchored amidst the ever-changing, often unseen movements of life.
In this session, I’ll guide you through grounding breathwork, healing visualisations and hands-on energy healing. I’ll weave in resonant singing, layered over an ambient soundscape I’ve created to support the energy work.
There will also be moments for self-reflection.
This New Moon in Cancer invites introspection. It’s a moment to release emotional patterns that no longer serve you and to set intentions rooted in your most authentic desires.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to your intuition.
Who This Is For
This session is for anyone feeling energetically heavy, mentally foggy or emotionally overwhelmed. If you’ve been feeling stuck, tense, or off-centre and are looking for a reset, this space is here to help you release what’s not yours, reconnect with your own energy and find clarity.
Whether you’re brand new to energy healing or have an established practice, this experience will meet you exactly where you are. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to rest, receive and reconnect.
What to Bring
- A cushion or pillow for your head
- A bottle of water
- Anything that helps you feel cosy and supported (eye mask, warm layers etc.)
- A journal if you’d like to note down any reflections afterwards

About Tor
Tor is a multidisciplinary spiritual practitioner working at the intersection of the human and the spiritual. His practice draws on coaching, psychology, breathwork, visual meditation, psychism, tarot, and colour, crystal and sound energy healing.
He curates grounded, powerful spaces for people to reflect, heal, and reconnect with themselves and their intuition — guiding them towards greater awareness, confidence, and embodied spirituality.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
