The Gin School Experience lasts approximately three hours and includes:

Step beneath the railway arches in east London and become a distiller for a day at one of the world’s top-rated gin experiences. A five-time Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice winner - placing it in the top 10% of experiences globally - 58 and CO’s Gin School is an immersive three-hour masterclass designed for curious drinkers and devoted gin lovers alike.
You’ll be welcomed with a signature G&T before settling in at your copper still (shared between two guests; solo distillers will be paired). After an introduction to the distillery and the art of gin-making, you’ll taste a selection of 58 and CO’s award-winning ethical spirits, then dive into creating your own bespoke recipe. With an extensive library of botanicals and guidance from expert distillers, you’ll shape your flavour profile and begin distilling your very own gin.
While your spirit runs, you’ll enjoy charcuterie, a seasonal cocktail, and stories from London’s darker gin-soaked past. Once distillation is complete, your gin is bottled before you get to wax-seal it yourself.
The experience concludes with a perfectly served drink pairing your own gin and chosen mixer. You’ll leave with a 700ml bottle of your handcrafted spirit.

Tucked in a railway arch by Haggerston overground station, our gorgeous distillery is host to gin tastings, exclusive food and drink events, private events and Gin School - a fully immersive experience where you get to distil your very own bottle of gin!
We're proudly part of the B Corp community, independently owned and female-founded. Everything we produce is made on-site in East London, we use wheat sourced just 30 miles from the distillery for our base spirit, rescued 'wonky' apples in our pink gin and repurposed excess or byproduct in our innovative CO-LAB series.
We've been awarded Tripadvisor Traveller's Choice for the past 4 years, putting us in the top 10% of experiences globally. So whether it's for one of our immersive gin experiences, private party hire or as a location venue, our versatile space delivers a truly special and unique setting.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
CHALLENGE 25
Attendees of any 58 and CO experience must be aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and you may be asked for ID.
RESPONSIBILITY
Alcohol must be enjoyed responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Visit drinkaware for the facts.
Smoking and vaping is not allowed on the premises.
We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone caught in possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal substances on the premises will be asked to leave immediately and the police will be called.
INCLUSIVITY
58 and CO is an inclusive venue and we operate zero tolerance on any behaviour that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
CHILDREN DOGS
We cannot permit babies, children under 18 years or non-assistance animals to join our public tours or events. This is for the comfort of the other guests as well as health and safety factors around production and distillation.
You are welcome to visit our onsite shop with your registered Assistance Animal. However, because some parts of our site are involved in food preparation, we can't allow any animals in these areas. If you wish to participate in a tour or other onsite event with your registered Assistance Animal please contact us before making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
REFUND POLICY
All of our experiences are treated as deposits and therefore, once booked, are non-refundable. This includes experiences booked using a Gift Voucher.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
If you cannot attend your Gin Tasting or Gin School experience for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing bookings@58andco.com with your booking reference, name, email and date of booking and we will be able to re-book your experience for a different date.
You must let us know of any changes at least 7 days before your booking in order to re-book without incurring any additional fees. If you need to re-arrange your booking within the 7 days prior to the event, it will incur a re-booking fee - see below for details. Events can be re-booked up to a maximum of 2 times and will be subject to re-booking fees as outlined above.
