**Event Terms & Conditions**
**1. Assumption of Risk**
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. By attending, the ticket holder agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd), and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are released from any claims arising from such causes.
**2. Venue Rules**
Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
**3. Ticket Accuracy & Event Times**
Please check your tickets carefully, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
**Event Schedule:**
* Doors Open: 6:00 PM
* Last Entry: 7:00 PM
* Event Ends: 11:00 PM
Please arrive early to allow sufficient time for entry and security checks.
**Entry Information:**
* This is a pre-booked, ticketed event only. Entry will be refused without a valid ticket.
* General Admission tickets do not guarantee entry and are subject to venue capacity (first come, first served).
* No re-entry is permitted once you leave the venue.
**4. Cancellations & Rescheduling**
Events may be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, performer, or venue.

**5. Admission Rights & Security**
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches to ensure patron safety.
**6. Late Entry**

**7. Refund Policy**
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
**8. Event Changes**
Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter’s right to alter or vary the programme due to circumstances beyond their control without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
**9. Ticket Resale**
Tickets resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain without authorisation may be voided. The holder may be refused entry or removed from the venue.
