These camps are strictly for children aged 4–14. Only ticket holders within this age range may attend.
All children must be signed in and signed out by a parent or authorised guardian. Photo ID may be required for collection. Children will not be permitted to leave the venue unaccompanied unless prior written consent has been provided.
The venue will be closed to the public during camp hours to ensure a safe, secure, and fully supervised environment.
All activities are supervised by Ballerz staff. Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.
Parents/guardians must provide an emergency contact number that is reachable at all times during camp hours.
Ballerz reserves the right to remove any child whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately and required to collect the child.
In the unlikely event of illness or injury, trained staff will administer basic first aid and contact the parent/guardian immediately. Emergency services will be contacted if required.
Food provided may contain allergens. Parents must notify Ballerz in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
By purchasing a ticket, parents/guardians consent to their child participating in physical activities appropriate for their age.
Ballerz may capture photography or video for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be included, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
Refunds or transfers may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Ballerz.
