The Lightbox

Description

The Lightbox is another quality addition to the already pumping club-hub that lies under the Vauxhall railway lines. Tucked into the arches are some of South London’s best clubbing experiences and The Lightbox is no different. With a crazy and innovative light show that keeps revellers mesmerised for hours, The Lightbox has a strong party vibe that makes it a great late-night merrymaking venue. Getting there is so easy too with both Vauxhall tube and railway stations being round the corner, so there is even less reason to miss out.

A weekly line-up of top DJs and experimental live acts are consistently good and bring in the crowds. Dubstep, House and Trance are the most frequent offenders over the sound system and combined with the LED walls and ceiling makes for an excellent experience. A can of beer will cost you £4.80 and a spirit and mixer will come to nearer £6; for this type of late-night venue however these sorts of prices are commonplace so shouldn’t be too much of shock to the system. The Lightbox does however offer selected beers and shots for £2.60 through the night, so look out for those if you are on tight budget.

With a good vibe and strong music to back it up, The Lightbox seems to be another healthy addition to the highly-acclaimed party nights of Vauxhall; well worth a visit if you fancy an all-out dance session in London.
