Harold & Hansa are The Madeira Rum Specialist, and during this event they will take you on a journey to Madeira Island, which is famed for its production of exceptional and GI protected Agricole rums.
On the night you will taste the island’s exquisite array of rums in a laidback and informal setting. During the tasting experience, our Rum Specialist will cover and present key topics around the production of rum on Madeira Island and why Agricole rum in particular is experiencing increased demand amongst rum enthusiasts.
Madeira, the Pearl of the Atlantic, meets the Caribbean Sea, with a selection of Caribbean Canapés served during the evening, all of which have been designed by Limin’s Head Chef Sham. Sham has a deep connection to Madeira through past travels and has chosen the canapés to pair perfectly with the rums you will be tasting.
