SoHo’s Home of Agave is our way of taking guests deeper into the world of agave, not just pouring great tequila and mezcal, but creating different ways to discover it.

The menu is built around four experiences.
Our Signature Palomas take the classic serve and push it somewhere more unexpected. Reimagined Classics bring an agave twist to familiar favourites, using house-made syrups and fresh ingredients. Discovery Flights let guests explore different expressions side by side, with guided tasting and palate cleansers. And then there’s our House of Infusions — small-batch agave infusions created by our bar team with fruits, botanicals and spices, served neat or turned into a cocktail built around the guest.

So whether you know agave inside out or you’re discovering it for the first time, there’s always another way in.
