After all the great reviews we have received from our parties in 2013, SOULCLOUD is returning to the London club scene with an even bigger bang this year.

Our new venture is called UBAHN LONDON and our first party will be held at The New Empowering Church 1a Westgate Street, Hackney, E8 3RL. Since our last event we’ve have searched high and low for our next suitable venue location and we were overjoyed when we found the little gem that is The New Empowering Church. Please do not let the name fool you, there will be no choir boys, priests or angels at our party (unless they are fallen ones)… ;)

This cool intimate warehouse predominantly showcases live world music with a focus on Afro-beats and South American nights. Think less Shoreditch Twat, more WOMAD, man. Expect a friendly no-thrills bar, bare foot dancing, a lit up palm tree and very comfy second hand furniture to lounge on. If you're familiar with Passing Clouds, this is it's naughty brother venue - both totally independent of one another, but both bearing a similar juicy fruit, bebe. With SOULCLOUD adding their visual effects to this ridiculously cool venue we anticipate an ambiance that will tingle every part of your mind, body and soul.

We are very excited to announce and introduce UBAHN LONDON as the first and definitely not the last collaboration between UBAHN and SOULCLOUD. With UBAHN’s help we’re able to bring new artists and their carefully crafted techno and deep house sounds from Germany to London. This collaborating will focus on using unique and intimate spaces within London to showcase both local and international talent.

Our event on the Saturday 12th April 2014, we will have Red Pig Flower, ALSTADT, Moody Pat and one of Berlins best underground hidden gems – Nadja Lind.

Nadja kicked off her musical success on New Year’s Eve 2003 and has spawned a globetrotting calendar ever since. She has a production career that has seen several works as either a solo artist or with Klartraum production partner Helmut Ebritsch, as well as being co-owner of the Lucidflow imprint with Helmut.

Nadja’s beaming smiles and effervescent personality shines through in her music. Playing Dub and Deep Tech House with her ceaseless energy has given her performances that extra bit of edge that is needed. Venues such as the world renowned Fabric and infamous Kazantip festival have indulged in her unique vision. Nadja delivers a spectrum of music covering Dub, Chill Out, to straight up Techno. She has worked as a solo and with illustrious names such as Brendon Moeller, Saytek, Grunbox, Omar Salgado, G-Man (LFO), Warren Fellow, Lulu Rouge and Paul Loraine.

Red Pig Flower is a London and Berlin based DJ, producer and artist. She started her career as a professional DJ at club Rooty (Tokyo) and Air (Seoul). Her most extraordinary skill is getting peoples’ hearts racing with tribal beats and cooling the steam off with upbeat techno sets.

She moved to London to continue to explore new music and grooves. Her sets are a notion of sound art, combining her love of art and music together to draw people into this beautiful atmosphere.

DJ/ Production duo ALSTADT over the last two years have been creating increasing waves within London's deep house scene, establishing themselves with live recorded sets from such events as ‘DEEP JAM / LOVE BRUNCH / FEED YOUR EARS / DISCOURSE / LOW’ at which they select the finest underground artists, producing a sound that flows with emotion and class.

Having already played with some of the most interesting up and coming underground artists the brothers have a new residency at one of London’s finest new house events (SOULCLOUD / UBAHN LDN) and new studio material released soon.

Patrick Gadjard aka MOODY PAT is a young, cutting edge DJ, Music Producer & PR. Born in the French Caribbean he moved to Paris as a youngster and as such his musical influences draw on both French and Caribbean heritages, alongside a ‘if the beat moves me I’ll work with it’ approach that has led him to develop a signature eclectic sound.

Moody Pat is a resident DJ at the newest London spot ZINC at Centre Point. In early 2013, he decided to create his own move by hosting his night called MMM (Music Motion Movement). Since November 2013 you can also catch him on www.blooplondon.com 1st Friday every month for his live show ''Moody's Groove''

Today, he is focusing on his music production and hopefully 2014 will see him launch his first EP. Watch this space.

We would like to take an opportunity and specially thank Ting for her amazing promo video and great visuals for our upcoming events. Ting is a London based VJ and artist. She started VJing in 2010 at the underground club DAMAGED, and she has performed and showcased her work with various groups such as EXSTATIC SOUNDS, SelectElect, ProudCamden, Holic, Hnow Hotle…etc. She also produced music videos for electronic musicians from London, Berlin and Taipei. Her visual work often described as aggressive and powerful, but with elegance.
