The driver may refuse to allow a passenger or passengers to board the vehicle or eject them from the vehicle if, in his sole discretion, he considers them unfit to travel for whatever reason (for example, being intoxicated, aggressive or abusive).

If you arrive heavily intoxicated at the Ministry of Sound, you will not be allowed entry to the venue.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

The journey is one-way only. No stops will be made en route to the Ministry of Sound.

The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification will be required to gain entry to the after party at the Ministry Of Sound.

For the safety and security of passengers and the driver, CCTV is on board all coaches. Anyone found to have caused damage / sickness will be charged the entire cost of cleaning and/or repairs, as determined by the coach company or a third party cleaning/repair company.

The coach will depart at the scheduled time so please ensure you are at the designated pick-up point by the time of departure. The driver will not wait for late passengers under any circumstances.

If you are buying tickets on behalf of a group, you will be the person accepting the terms and conditions, and are responsible for ensuring all persons travelling within your group comply with them.

We accept no liability for any damage to, or loss of property being carried on the coach.

Passengers are prohibited from smoking cigarettes or other substances on board the coach.

Photographs of coaches used in our advertising are for illustrative purposes only; your coach may be a different make/model (with no, or different livery) and appearance to that used in our promotional campaign.

Please make sure you take all of your property with you when disembarking from the coach at the Ministry of Sound. Any property left behind will be returned to the premises of the coach company, and you will need to contact them directly for its return.

Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
