Egg

Description

Egg nightclub doesn’t ever stop. It’s a clubbers’ paradise, bursting with House music and swirling in coloured rays from powerful lighting systems, where people rave until 8am. Egg is proof that if you book the best international DJs from different genres of House music, the people will come. They flock in thousands to fill all the floors and rooms of this large three storey venue. Many are students, who get great deals and queue jumping if they sign up for a loyalty card, but generally the crowd is very mixed, age-wise. Who cares what your Clark Kent profession is as long as you turn into a raving, dancing, drinking, socialising beast at night. The later it gets, the more random people you’ll bump into as the Egg’s opening hours triumph most London clubs and bars. This resulting in a surge of high spirited party animals determined to keep on going until sunrise.

It’s located a 10 minute walk from King’s Cross but you can get a free shutter buss from the American Car Wash on York Way. Alternatively take the 390 buss that stops just outside. Egg club benefits from this slightly remote location. This means nobody will whine about the heavy base lines, and they can have their terrace courtyard open all night.

The interior balances an underground warehouse feel and clubbing extravagance in a suitable way. People dress up for a big night out at the Egg but the door policy is casual, free from fashion police. Because of its 24h nature, you will be pleased to find that they serve breakfast and coffees.
