We had an absolutely banging time at the new concept brunch event with HEDkandi and Dirty Martini at St Paul’s! From start to finish, the whole experience was top-tier. The vibe was electric, the music spot on, and the atmosphere was perfect for a day-into-night celebration. Special shoutout to the amazing staff — everyone was welcoming and professional, but a huge thank you in particular to the very friendly and helpful maitre d’ who greeted us warmly and chaperoned us to our table with genuine charm. And our table drinks server Louis was just wonderful — attentive, efficacious, and made sure our glasses were never empty. It was a great day that effortlessly turned into a fantastic night, and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Can’t wait for the next one!

Firstly my friends and I had a great time. However there is room for improvement both for dirty martini and Hedkandi. We booked brunch which meant we had a table for the whole event, food and a free cocktail. We were given a welcome drink as soon as we got there which was very sweet and absolutely full of ice not really a drink at all until the ice melted a bit. Turns out this was our free cocktail which isn't really how they dressed it up in the promo. Food then came fairly quickly and was enough for us but if you were hungry you might struggle. The prawns were delish! After we finished our welcome drink we decided to do the vodka bottle option as it worked out a bit cheaper (drinks and cocktails are all around £12/13). The bottle came with mixers in the price. However we got charged for our mixers. Once we pointed that out to our guy (who was very sweet and helpful the whole time) it was resolved quickly. Venue was a bit shabby but clean enough and actually smelt nice , plenty of room to dance as fairly large. Toilets, plenty of them and clean. Hed kandi set up was good visually , dj high up and visible, bongos below and a trumpet guy popped up every now and again which was great if you wasn't on the dance floor cause all you could hear was the bongos and a bit of musicnin the background. Even one of the djs agreed when i let him know :-) so not sure why they didnt turn the bongos down then a bit. The speakers kept going in and out all around the venue which was weird but didn't spoil it, itbwas just like the volume got turned down for a split second.Music wise it was ok. It was a 25th anniversary of hed kandi do but there were lots of cheap remixes and not enough of the good ole early days of HK for me. Didn't stop me dancing though or having a great time with my friends which is what it was all about!
