The star of the show? Sake. Endo San has teamed up with Sake Samurai Natsuki Kikuya to create one of London’s largest bespoke sake collections - over 100 varieties to explore. Alongside that, expect Japanese-inspired cocktails that are as inventive as they are beautiful: from a Shiso Gimlet with Roku gin and sudachi lime to a Kinoko Old Fashioned infused with mushroom distillate and Hibiki Harmony whisky. There’s even a non-alcoholic section for those who want the flavour without the buzz.
