Calling all Bond fans, our favourite secret agent is back this October and it is time to celebrate, with Champagne Bollinger, of course.
Firstly, did you know that Champagne Bollinger has been featured in almost every Bond movie since Live And Let Die? Spectre will be the 14th time that 007 has made Bollinger his Champagne of choice and SixtyOne Restaurant has teamed up with the house to bring you a glorious champagne paired dinner including some vintages from the Bollinger portfolio you will not want to miss!
The sophisticated Bond-inspired evening of fine dining and fizz will see chef patron Arnaud Stevens delighting diners with a special four course menu of modern British cuisine with a French twist. Each dish has been created to complement the range of Bollinger's rare and finest vintages as well as the limited edition Bollinger Spectre cuvée.
Guy de Rivoire, Commercial Director of Champagne Bollinger , is travelling to London to host this prestigious event. The evening will begin with a "Shaken, Not Stirred" reception in the stylish bar, where guests will be welcomed to the sound of popping corks to each receive a glass of Limited Edition Bollinger 'Spectre' cuvee.
Dine like James Bond as you sample some of the finest cuvées including; Bollinger Special Cuvée, Bollinger Rose, Bollinger La Grande Annee 2005 as well as the Bollinger La Grande Annee Rosé 2005. *Full Evening Menu to be announced this week*
