Spread across two floors with two bars at 32 Great Queen Street, we're three minutes from Covent Garden tube and surrounded by the city's best theatres.
Whether you're planning after-work drinks, a birthday party, a corporate event or a full venue takeover, LOCKES offers flexible private hire across six distinct spaces — from intimate window tables for 20 to the entire venue for up to 180 guests. No hire fee. Just a minimum spend.
Our private downstairs cocktail bar is one of Covent Garden's most sought-after exclusive hire spaces — velvet seating, fairy lights, a dedicated bar and a sound system that makes every event feel like your own private club night. It's fully exclusive to you and your guests, with capacity for 60 standing or 25 seated.
Upstairs, the ground floor flows from a deep green sofa area and gallery-lined walls into cocktail bar tables and a full-length bar counter — a warm, stylish space that works for daytime briefings as naturally as it does for Friday night receptions.
Food is an essential part of the LOCKES experience. Our kitchen serves Neapolitan sourdough pizzas, Italian small plates and sharing boards made fresh on site, alongside a full cocktail menu, 30+ wines and a non-alcoholic range. In summer, our front windows open directly onto Great Queen Street for al fresco entertaining.
Our events team handles everything — from layout and menus to music and timing. We pride ourselves on hospitality that feels personal, not corporate.
