Great night, getting the delicious all-inclusive cocktails was super fast, never waited too long in the bar line. The toilet system was also up to scratch for bar standards! However, not enough free standing tables for people who couldn't score a seat, no where to put your drinks! Atmosphere was great, heaters were warm. But couldn't see fireworks very well- although this was warned when booking so all ok. Overall, pretty fun night!

This bar seemed surprisingly unprepared and understaffed for New Year's Eve; despite charging several hundred pounds for entry. To explain: Long queues for everything, including the toilets; Bar staff were also rather abrupt, possibly due to being understaffed as mentioned; Waited in line for almost an hour for the much-vaulted food (the queue nearly doubled behind me so I dread to think how long others waited). The bar staff refused to give the password to the WiFi. Said the whole system would collapse if some people used the WiFi. This kind of reasoning is about acceptable in a small pub in rural Ireland (which I have experienced) but bizarre and unacceptable in a wannabe upmarket bar in central London. Also the much-hyped London fireworks view was almost completely obscured by Waterloo tube station. Resulted in us hearing many fireworks but only seeing the very tops of the actual fireworks. The bar also closed a full hour earlier than was advertised. The music then stopped 45 minutes before the scheduled closing time. The security staff ejected people 30 minutes before the official closing time; when I stated the advertised closing time the security person just laughed and said "yeah that's nonsense, we're kicking everyone out now". The overall message was clear; "we will happily take your money then underdeliver". All of this did not escape us nor numerous other customer's attention who were hoping to enjoy the evening at this establishment. Overall a very poor performance, could not recommend this place unfortunately. Being generous and giving 2 stars.
