Ligue 1+ London Launch & Watch Party

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

T&Cs Ligue 1

1. ORGANISATION

LFP Media, a French simplified joint-stock company (subsidiary of the “Ligue de Football Professionnel “), with its registered office at 34 boulevard de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, is responsible for organising and promoting the French professional football championship of Ligue 1 McDonald’s.

LFP Media and Sport London (hereinafter the « Organisers ») organise a watch party at the Greenwood pub, dedicated to the Ligue 1 McDonald’s match « Olympique de Marseille vs Paris Saint-Germain » which will take place on Sunday, september, 20th at 7:45 PM (hereinafter the « Event »).

Participation in the Event implies the participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions, especially the rules of conduct set out below.


2. REGISTRATION

Registration for the Event has to be made by purchasing a ticket on www.designmynight.com.

Two hundred and fifty (250) tickets are on sale. The price is listed under the "Ticket/Times" section. Payment has to be made online at the time of registration.

Every ticket grants access to the watch party.

Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Any registration that is incomplete, illegible, submitted with inaccurate contact details, received before the opening of the registration period, or received after the registration deadline will be deemed invalid and will not be processed. The Organiser's timestamp records shall be conclusive in this regard.


3. EVENT DESCRIPTION

The Event will take place at Greenwood Pub & Kitchen, 170, Victoria Street, SW1E 5LB, from 6:00 PM to 12 :00 PM. The Event’s location and details on how to get there are indicated in « Location » section.



4. VENUE CAPACITY AND ACCESS

4.1. VENUE CAPACITY

The Event venue has a maximum capacity of two hundred and fifty (250) persons.

4.2. ACCESS

Participation to the Event is exclusively open to people who purchased their tickets on www.designmynight.com (hereinafter a “Participant” or the “Participants”). If a ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Organisers, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Event.

People under eighteen (18) can participate to the Event, subject to restrictions applicable to the presence of minors in this kind of venue. No alcoholic drinks may be served to them.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches before entry to ensure the safety of the patrons.


5. ORGANISERS DECISIONS AND FRAUD PREVENTION

5.1. Informations check

Participants authorise the Organisers to verify all information submitted during the registration. Any inaccurate, incomplete, or false information will result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant concerned.

5.2. Fraud

The following will also be excluded from participation :

- Participants who attempt to interfere with the registration system or alter its results by any means ;
- Participants who use multiple email addresses, or who register using an account opened in the name of another person;
- Participants who use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other method inconsistent with fair and equal participation.

The Organisers reserves the right to cancel all or part of the registration process if fraud of any kind is identified, and to pursue legal action against those responsible before the competent courts.

5.3. Excluded Persons

Individuals who have participated, directly or indirectly, in the preparation of the Event, as well as all employees of the Organisers and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to participate.


6. RULES OF CONDUCT IN THE VENUE

Tickets are issued subject to the respect of on-site rules, which are deemed accepted by participants by purchasing a ticket and attending the Event.

The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.

The Organisers reserve the right to exclude from the Event, without prior notice, compensation or refund, any participant who disrupts the smooth running of the Event or does not comply with the T&Cs hereby.


7. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

7.1. MODIFICATION

Tickets are sold subject to the Organisers right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

7.2. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

The Event may be cancelled or postponed by the Organisers for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, the rescheduling of the match or act of god. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Organisers may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

Except in the cases mentioned in this article 7.2, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.


8. IMAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the Event, each Participant expressly and irrevocably authorises the Organisers, free of charge, to reproduce and communicate to the public, on all media and channels, including the Organisers websites, the Ligue 1+ streaming platform , the Organisers social media accounts, and press releases. Any photographs, videos, and other content captured during the Event that reproduce the Participant's image, voice, or other personal attributes, for the following purposes :

- The production, broadcasting, and distribution of such content by the Organiser and/or its partners; and
- The promotion of the Event, and the LIGUE 1+ Service.

Participants who attend the Event with their minor children expressly and irrevocably grant the Organisers the same authorisation, on the same terms, with respect to any photographs, videos, and other content captured during the Event that reproduce the image, voice, or other personal attributes of their children. As the holders of parental authority, such Participants represent and warrant that they have full capacity to grant this authorisation on behalf of their minor children.

This authorisation is granted for a period of ten (10) years from the date of first communication to the public, and on a worldwide basis.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In accordance with the laws governing intellectual and artistic property rights, any reproduction, representation, or exploitation — in whole or in part — of any element forming part of the Event or belonging to the Organisers, including logos, distinctive signs, trademarks, domain names, copyright, audiovisual content, or any other element protected by intellectual property rights, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder.




10. LIABILITY

Sports London remains fully liable regarding ticket sales and the smooth running of the Event. Neither LFP Media nor DesignMyNight can be held liable for this.

However, once purchased, ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the ticket, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. Ticket holders voluntarily agrees that Organisers, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holders from any claims arising from such causes.

Tickets holders also personally assume to get to and from the Greenwood Pub & Kitchen by their own means. The Organiser will not cover any costs relating to it.

The Organisers and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property. They cannot be held liable for any deterioration, loss or theft.

Any particpant who is under eighteen (18) remains under the responsibility of his legal representative. The Organisers and DesignMyNight decline any responsibility for any damage caused to them.
