To be allowed entry to the event, all ticket holders must obtain a COVID pass and show proof of this through the NHS app (this pass can either be from having 2 vaccination at least 14 days prior to the event or from a negative COVID test within 2 days prior to the event). If you are not able to receive a COVID pass then unfortunately you will not be allowed entry to the event and will not be eligible for a refund. You will also be required to sanitise your hands on entry to the event.
2. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
3. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and event promoter being met.
4.. On a rare occasion, there is a possibility that of one of our events could be cancelled or postponed by the venue or event promoter usually due to circumstances beyond the venue or event promoters control and for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled by the event promoter, you will be eligible for a full refund (minus the booking fee). We will contact you to let you know about your refund. If the event is moved or rescheduled to another venue or date, your ticket will not be refundable but will be exchangeable to another person or transferable to your to a future event within 3 months of the original event ticket date. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged and rescheduled events.
5. The venue and event promoter reserve the right to refuse entry and admission to the event if the ticket holders is displaying poor conduct or behaviour on entry. The venue and event promotor also reserves the right to remove any ticket holder/s who are displaying drunk and/or disorderly behaviour within the venue.
6. Security may have to conduct security searches of pockets and bags to ensure the safety of all ticket holders within the venue.
7.. We regret that tickets cannot be refunded after purchase, however tickets can be exchanged to another person or transferred to a future event within 3 months of the original event date that ticket/s were purchased for.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies.
9. We have a strict no drug, no alcohol (brought in from outside the venue), no sharp objects and no weapons policy at the venue and at all of our events. A ticket holder found carrying any of these items will only be allowed entry if the item they are carrying is confiscated on entry and potentially returned (decision made on a case by case basis). If you refuse to handover prohibited items, you will not be allowed entry and will not receive a refund or be offered an exchange or transfer of the ticket/s.
10. The venue may operate a no smoking of vapes policy inside the venue which ticket holders must adhere too.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen at the event.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
