Their food and drinks menu really do showcase this level of diversity; food-wise they offer an ever-changing selection of fusion food as well as staple dishes from distant continents, with African, Asian and South African cuisine all being offered up to the hungry public of London Bridge. Taking inspiration from the changing food menu, the drinks menu also has a fluctuating style with experienced bartenders creating bespoke and inventive cocktails designed to complement dishes. As well as the chic cocktail list, premium beers, spirits and wines are sourced and selected to supplement the flavours on offer that week. An added touch is the drinks masterclasses and workshops that run every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm, a little fun to start your evening.
