Draughts x Metallica: Pre-Show Package
£45 per person | 90 Minutes of Bottomless Beer, any burger with a side and access to our games library

1. Booking
• All bookings must be made in advance through our website.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
• This package is priced at £45 per person.
• All guests seated at the table must be participating in the package. Non-participating guests are not permitted to sit with the group during the session.
• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Valid ID may be requested.
• Table allocation is managed on a first come, first served basis. If you have a seating preference, please contact our Stratford team in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific tables or sections.

2. Duration & Timekeeping
• The package runs for a maximum of 90 minutes per booking.
• The 90 minute period begins at the guest’s scheduled booking time, regardless of arrival.
• Late arrivals will not receive additional time.
• The package cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.

3. Drinks
• The Bottomless beer element is limited to our House Lager
• Drinks are served one at a time by our team. We operate responsibly and reserve the right to slow or refuse service to any guest at our discretion, in line with licensing law
• Last drinks will be served no later than 15 minutes before your session ends.
• Soft alternatives (soda on tap or homemade lemonade) are available in place of beer at any point during your session
• Guests must finish their current drink before ordering the next one.
• Once a drink is finished, guests may order their next. Please allow time for drinks to be prepared and served.
• Drinks will not be served in advance of the previous drink being finished.
• No food substitutions are permitted in place of drinks.

4. Any Burger with a side
• One Burger and a side is permitted per guest
• Burgers and sides are served as standard and cannot be modified or substituted.
• Sides include Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Waffle Fries and Side Salad
• Additional food items are not included in the package price.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Bookings are non-transferable.

6. General
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to, or remove, any guest who becomes intoxicated during the session, arrives intoxicated, or is disruptive or in breach of venue rules. No refund will be issued.
• We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo ID may be requested at any time.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
• This is an independent pre-show package offered by Draughts Stratford. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Metallica, Live Nation, or London Stadium.
