Bar & Dining Room

Ropewalk is a bar and dining room inside LASSCO, an architectural salvage warehouse on Maltby Street, SE1.

Food is simple, elegant and seasonal, with British, French, Italian and Swedish influences, and cooking that speaks for itself.

Their cocktails are creative and innovative takes on classics, with locally produced gins, Bermondey made beers, and wines from local distributors making up their lists.

Dinner is served in the Eisenhower Room, with chandeliers, antiques, and salvaged artefacts (all for sale) surrounding our three large dining tables. There's just one sitting per night, with no turned tables or two hour dining slots.

Private dining is available for up to 12 guests in the Textiles Room, though they can accommodate larger groups by arrangement.  They also take bookings for groups of drinkers in the Barge Bar, with bar food available throughout the day / night.
