Ping Pong has ventured on a new journey to supply households across the UK with delicious Ready to Steam dim sum. It's quick and easy as dumplings only take a few minutes to steam or in the microwave and are ready to be served. See cooking instructions
Initially we are offering a limited Refrigerated Product Range of our most popular steamed, crispy and rice dishes. We will be expanding it in response to consumer demand.
HOW MUCH TO ORDER Products come in microwavable containers with 6 pieces of dim sum each (rice comes as 3 pcs). In our restaurants we would normally recommend 3-4 portions per person (that is 12 pieces of dim sum). So 8 containers would serve 3-4 people.
Your Ready to Steam dim sum has 4 days-life on arrival, so you don't have to cook it all at once. See storage instructions
ORDER SIZE Minimum order size is 8 containers and a maximum order size is 24.
SHIPPING & PACKAGING CHARGES Free of charge
DELIVERY We ship using 24 hour delivery service. Place your order before 10am (Monday - Friday) to receive it next day. Orders placed after 10am will be shipped the following day, with next day delivery.
Last shipment day is Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery. (On Bank Holiday Mondays, orders will be shipped on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery)
We deliver to mainland UK only. Excluded delivery zones: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man.
Our thermal packaging is secure for chilled products shipping and keeps temperature up to 48 hours in transit in case there are delays with 24 hour delivery.

PACKAGING You will be happy to learn that our specialist chilled products packaging is a high performance 100% recyclable product, being made from paper, can be disposed of in your domestic recycling bin (please retain the gel packs as they can be reused).

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
