Marsha is a sustainable bar and restaurant that uses as much of the chicken as it can in order to minimise waste and protect the environment.
Its super-creative menu features everything from the Crispy Chicken Thigh Burger, to Buttermilk Gochujang Wings, to dishes that make heroes of liver and heart.
All the higher-welfare, free-roaming chickens are impeccably sourced from the Soanes Poultry family farm in Yorkshire, which has produced fantastic birds for generations.
You can experience this game-changing take on chicken in Kingly Court - an amazing location just off Carnaby Street, and a short walk from Oxford Street. It's spread out across two floors of London's famous food hub Kingly Court, with comfy terrace seating out front.
And if you just want to pop in for a drink, there's an extensive cocktail menu of classics and signature serves - some of which re-use from the kitchen - as well as draught beer, prosecco and loads more.
