A secret black market adventure lies ahead, but you must promise to keep a tight lip, lest the coppers find out! Every Saturday afternoon, the Cahoots Scoundrels come alive and the Black Market Knees-Up takes place. Fellow scoundrels (yes, that’s you!) are invited down into our dimly-lit Underground Station – a secret, yet infamous, cocktail bar and hotspot for underhand gambling and black market activity, run by a mob of ragtag delinquents and ‘big house escapees’.
Once inside, you’ll be introduced to our show master, who has freshly escaped from prison to put on a show and guide you through the unfolding events we have in store for the afternoon – not without a good ol’ warm welcome drink first, of course!
Scoundrels, you can then choose wisely which illicit cocktails
and hearty provisions to keep you fuelled for the afternoon. Choose
from ‘Above the Counter’ cocktails disguised as a bottle of ‘milk’
or a pot of ‘tea’, or pick your poison from our ‘Under the Counter’
range of ‘Arsenic’, ‘Cyanide’ and more. Rations can be exchanged for a spiffing
sandwich, served with golden skinny chips, and a rich, indulgent
brownie. It’s the ultimate hearty
midday feast!
Revel in the theatrical ambience, whilst playing games,
relishing rations, engaging with our interactive 1940s pub-style
quiz, listening to the goings-on and enjoying our wonderful show
masters’ performances. Cahoots' Black Market Knees-Up is a unique
immersive activity, making for the perfect way to spend your
Saturday afternoon.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
